For years I have used the deep crystal car wash by Meguiars, I have never had anything bad happen due to the soap, it works great on clear coat, or single stage paint, you can buy it a a lot of different places, Meguiars products are usually easy to find.

They now have a product called NXT generation car wash, and it’s also a great product, it never leaves a residue behind, or makes you paint look dull and lifeless, if you wash you car a couple or three times a week the paint will stay in good shape for a long time.


The next product this I use in my shop is Meguiars NXT generation wax 2.0, and this is quite simply the best wax that I have ever used, I used to use Meguiars gold, and it a great product, but the one thing that you’ve got to know about Meguiars is every new product is a step up from the old stuff.

This wax always leaves you car looking like it was cleaned and waxed by a professional, you’ll never have to worry about streaking, or wax building in the body lines, or in the area where teo pieces of metal join together, it will always look great.

The Meguiars cleaner wax is a product designed to remove oxidation on the paint of your car, it’s a product that we use in our shop when we have need to clean a paint job and return it’s original shine and brilliance to it.

Last but not least we use Meguiars scratch X fine scratch and blemish remover, this is a wonderful product that will when used properly remove fine scratches and blemishes from the paint on your car, I’d suggest that you always keep some handy.


I have used these products for a lot of years, nobody has been in the business longer then Meguiars has, and that always give a company the edge, Meguiars is always changing their formulas to create better products, and some how the next product is always better then the last.

If for some reason I can’t get Meguiars I use Mothers products, these are also great products, I just don’t think that they are quite up to the level of Meguiars yet, nor will they ever be, the products that Meguairs make are the best you can get.
