While I don’t agree with this guy on a few points that he made, I thought this was a very entertaining video.
1. I have produced flat perfect panels without the use of machines, and I continue to do it top this day.
2. Machines are a very good way to get a lot of work done in a hurry, but I always finish by hand to make 100% sure that it’s right.
3. You pay more attention to detail when you at least do your finish work by hand.
4. I always finish my last two coats of primer by hand because the fact is that it just produces better work.
5. The second to last coat is always finished to 180 grit by hand with a board.
6. Then we spray the last coat, and it gets finished with 400 grit, and then 600 grit wet paper.
